By accessing or using Job Hiring Events ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for job seekers and employers to connect through hiring events. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content without permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Employers must ensure job listings are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory. Employers are responsible for compliance with employment law, including right to work checks.
Candidates must provide accurate information on their profiles and applications. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the Platform.
Employer billing is handled via the in-platform wallet system. All charges are detailed in the employer dashboard. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and code, is owned by Job Hiring Events Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
